If the information in your Checkr background check report is accurate, but you would like to provide additional context or evidence of rehabilitation, you may reply to the email that you received from Otter or contact Otter Support.
If you cannot register with Trustline due to the results of your background check, we are unable to consider appeals. Registration with Trustline is a legal requirement for caregivers in California and we have no authority to change your status in their database. Please direct all questions and concerns to Trustline.
